In memory of Mrs Lamptey, a teacher who sadly passed away last year, our Phase 3 pupils would like to host a NON-UNIFORM DAY this Thursday 23rd Jan. Mrs Lamptey spend a lot of time working on developing reading across school and pupils would like to use any money raised to enhance our school library. They have suggested a £1 donation.
Many thanks for your support.
Parents and staff are working together to form a new PTFA (Parents, Teacher & Friends Association) to support the academy and all learners.
If you are interested you can find out more on their new Facebook page or by attending one of the events that will take place throughout the year.
Children In Need Day is on Friday 13th November.
The theme this year is BE A HERO.
To celebrate and support all pupils and staff are invited to come to school dressed as their favourite hero or superhero. All donations will go towards this worthy cause.
On Thursday 12th November, just before school, one of our pupils – Grace – will be selling handmade Children In Need hair bobbles.
We are sure to all have a fun day.
Come along to the site of our new school on the evening of Thursday 9th July.
Meet the staff including your child’s new teachers.
See the plans for Temple Learning Academy in September and be the first to see the grand design when the ‘big build’ starts.
Important starting documents, uniform and school meal information will be shared with you that night.
We looking forward to seeing you there.
